Preparation Steps
  1. Simmer water at 167°F (75°C). Place eggs in for 15-20 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet. Cook marinated beef strips for 2 minutes per side until caramelized.
  4. Plate the beef attractively, staggered for a glossy finish.
  5. Crack onsen eggs over the beef, allowing yolks to cascade over the meat.
  6. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds, serve immediately.
