Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep all your ingredients: Chop the beef into 1-inch cubes, dice the onions and carrots, slice the mushrooms, and mince the garlic.
  2. Activate the sauté function on your Instant Pot and add the olive oil. When hot, add the onions and garlic, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the cubed beef to the pot in a single layer. Brown for about 5-6 minutes, turning until all sides are seared.
  4. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the beef with the spices for about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped carrots and mushrooms and stir for 2-3 minutes, letting them absorb flavors.
  6. Pour in enough bone broth to cover all the ingredients. Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  7. After cooking, perform a quick release. Open the lid, stir gently, and serve in bowls garnished with parsley.
