- Combine ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and shape into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add a small splash of oil to prevent sticking.
- Place patties on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook an additional 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Transfer patties to a plate to rest for a couple of minutes. Toast slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble sliders by placing a cooked patty on each bun and adding desired toppings.
