Method
 

Cooking Instructions

  2. Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and shape into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add a small splash of oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Place patties on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook an additional 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Transfer patties to a plate to rest for a couple of minutes. Toast slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
