Ingredients
  

For the Wings
  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings Fresh or thawed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil
For the Marinade
  • 2 tbsp Paprika Adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
For Basting (Optional)
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Optional, can use other sauces like teriyaki

Method
 

Marinade and Grill
  1. Combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings, coating them thoroughly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Remove the marinated wings from the refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling and preheat the grill to medium-high (375°F). Clean the grill grates.
  3. Grill the marinated chicken wings for about 25 minutes, flipping every 5–7 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush your choice of BBQ sauce onto the wings for added flavor.
  5. Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
