Marinade and Grill
- Combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings, coating them thoroughly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Remove the marinated wings from the refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling and preheat the grill to medium-high (375°F). Clean the grill grates.
- Grill the marinated chicken wings for about 25 minutes, flipping every 5–7 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush your choice of BBQ sauce onto the wings for added flavor.
- Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
