Instructions

  2. Marinate Chicken. Coat chicken thighs with marinade in a dish or bag. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat Oven. Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Bake Chicken. Arrange chicken on tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes, basting halfway through.
  5. Broil (Optional). Broil for 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
  6. Rest and Serve. Rest chicken for 5 minutes, slice, garnish, and serve with rice or noodles.
