- Whisk together cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard for the glaze.
- Coat the roast with half of the glaze and place in a roasting pan.
- Roast for about 1 hour, basting with remaining glaze halfway through.
- Check internal temperature aiming for 130-135°F (54-57°C) for medium-rare.
- Tent with foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the roast against the grain and serve with any remaining glaze.
