Preparation Steps
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, around two inches each. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow bowl, create an egg wash by whisking together one egg with a tablespoon of peanut butter.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg wash, then dredge in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and soy sauce. Mix in water for desired consistency.
- Drizzle the peanut butter sauce over the chicken or serve it as a dipping sauce.
