Prep
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked rice, canned beans, salsa, and chili powder. Mix until well blended.
- Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish lightly, then sprinkle a layer of cheese across the bottom.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese generously over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbling and cheese is golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
