  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the ground sausage in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Add garlic, onion, and red bell pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
