- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter on the griddle.
- Cook the shrimp on the griddle for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and curled.
- Move the shrimp to one side, add the remaining butter, garlic, salt, and pepper to the cleared area.
- Sauté for 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.
- Toss the shrimp in the garlic butter mixture for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp, and serve.
