For the Cooking Base
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Can substitute with olive oil.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Chopped; add towards the end to prevent bitterness.
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Use fresh-ground for added flavor.
For the Brightness
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice Add last for flavor preservation.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter on the griddle.
  3. Cook the shrimp on the griddle for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and curled.
  4. Move the shrimp to one side, add the remaining butter, garlic, salt, and pepper to the cleared area.
  5. Sauté for 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Toss the shrimp in the garlic butter mixture for 1 minute.
  7. Remove from heat, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp, and serve.
