Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) for crispy tortillas.

  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a damp paper towel in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
  4. Lay the oiled side of the tortillas down, fill with beef mixture and Oaxaca cheese, then fold.
  5. Arrange tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 16 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 3 minutes before serving.
