For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound Large Raw Shrimp (peeled & deveined, tails on) Make sure shrimp are thawed and pat dry before marinating.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped) Can be omitted for a simpler presentation.
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper Adjust according to taste preference.
For Serving
  • 1 large Lemon Slices Fresh slices are the best choice.
  • 4 slices Garlic Toast (optional) Complement the meal and absorbs the butter sauce.

Method
 

Marinade Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, paprika, Cajun seasoning, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  2. Add the large raw shrimp to the marinade, tossing gently to coat each shrimp evenly and let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, ensuring it reaches around 400°F (204°C).
Grilling and Serving
  1. Once the grill is hot, thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers or place them directly on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and slightly charred.
  2. Remove the shrimp from the grill and brush with any remaining melted butter. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon slices.
