  • 2 tbsp Honey or Agave Syrup maple syrup can also be used
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar use white vinegar if unavailable
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce adjust according to spice preference
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or Fresh Garlic use one clove of fresh garlic instead of powder
For the Kabobs
  • 1 lb Thick-Cut Steaks (e.g., NY Strips, Ribeye, Sirloin) cut into 1½ inch cubes
  • 1 medium Red Onion cut into large chunks
  • 2 large Bell Peppers use any color
  • 8 oz Mushrooms (Button or Cremini) clean and leave whole
  • 1 cup Brussels Sprouts trim and pierce to ensure even cooking

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
  2. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, hot sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Marinate the beef cubes in the prepared marinade for at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
  4. Prepare the vegetables by cutting the red onion and bell peppers into chunks and cleaning the mushrooms.
  5. Assemble the kebabs with marinated beef and prepared vegetables on the soaked skewers.
  6. Preheat grill to medium heat, around 400°F, for effective cooking.
  7. Grill the kabobs for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through to get a perfect char.
  8. Let the kabobs rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
