  • 1 teaspoon Dried Mustard optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the thawed hash browns evenly across the bottom of the dish, layer the diced ham, then half of the cheddar cheese and green onions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, salt, black pepper, and optional mustard until frothy.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers, press down gently, and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
