  • 2 cups Watermelon juicy flesh
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries pre-sliced
  • 1 each Frozen Banana or frozen zucchini for lower sugar
  • 1 cup Vegan Yogurt thick, unsweetened variety
  • 1 each Lime juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup adjust to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients: watermelon, strawberries, banana, vegan yogurt, lime juice and zest, and maple syrup.
  2. Slice the watermelon in half and scoop out approximately 2 cups of flesh into smaller pieces.
  3. Add the watermelon, frozen strawberries, banana, vegan yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and maple syrup to the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth; use a tamper if needed.
  5. Adjust the consistency by adding small amounts of water if necessary.
  6. Pour into glasses or serve in a hollowed-out mini watermelon, garnishing as desired.
