Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mason jar, combine the juice of 1½ limes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of salt. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  2. Cut the watermelon into quarters, remove the rind, and cube it into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries and feta cheese with the watermelon.
  4. Chop and add fresh mint and basil, folding them into the salad gently.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss lightly to coat all the ingredients.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with extra feta and herbs, and serve immediately.
