  • 1 cup Red Grapes Halved
  • 1 cup Mandarin Oranges Canned is fine
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup Pecans Chopped
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Poppy Seed Dressing

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bow tie pasta and cook until al dente, about 7-9 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Wash and prepare strawberries, red grapes, and baby spinach. Combine in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add cooled pasta, mandarin oranges, and feta cheese to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  4. Drizzle with poppy seed dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
