- Wash all the fruit thoroughly under cool running water. Slice the strawberries into quarters, peel and chop the kiwi, and cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Add the blueberries and seedless red grapes whole into a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, and honey until well blended. Add lime and orange zest for extra citrus flavor.
- Pour the honey lime dressing over the prepared fruit mixture. Gently toss the fruit to ensure even coating.
- Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, slice the banana and gently fold it into the fruit salad. Optionally, add fresh mint leaves.
