  • 2 cups Pineapple Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 count Kiwi Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Red Grapes Seedless
  • 1 count Banana Added just before serving to prevent browning
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
Optional Garnish
  • 1 sprig Fresh Mint Optional, for aroma and freshness

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly under cool running water. Slice the strawberries into quarters, peel and chop the kiwi, and cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Add the blueberries and seedless red grapes whole into a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, and honey until well blended. Add lime and orange zest for extra citrus flavor.
  3. Pour the honey lime dressing over the prepared fruit mixture. Gently toss the fruit to ensure even coating.
  4. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, slice the banana and gently fold it into the fruit salad. Optionally, add fresh mint leaves.
