  • 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix For creamy base
  • 2 cups Cold Milk Chilled for consistency
  • 1 container Whipped Topping Consider homemade for fresher taste
  • 4 cups Sponge Cake Cubes Crushed cookies can be an alternative
For Garnishing
  • 1 cup Additional Strawberries For visual appeal
  • 1 bunch Mint Leaves For garnish

Method
 

Directions
  1. Wash 2 cups of fresh strawberries under cool water, then slice into quarters and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of cold milk for about 2 minutes until smooth and thickened. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in 1 container of whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
  4. Layer half of the sponge cake cubes in a large bowl, followed by half of the whipped topping mixture and half of the strawberries.
  5. Repeat with another layer of sponge cake cubes, remaining strawberries, and finish with the remaining whipped topping mixture, smoothing out the top.
  6. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
