Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw shrimp in cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in white wine and add lemon zest and juice; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and add chopped parsley just before serving.
  6. Serve over cooked linguine or with garlic bread right away.
