Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cut French bread into 1½ inch cubes and layer two-thirds at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Beat softened cream cheese with 1/3 cup sugar until smooth; dollop over bread cubes.
- Scatter raspberries over the cream cheese layer and sprinkle remaining bread on top.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, remaining sugar, and vanilla; pour over the layered mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
