- Slice the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl. Mash it with a fork, adding fresh lime juice.
- Fold in the rinsed black beans, sweet corn, chopped red onion, and fresh cilantro to the mashed avocado.
- Sprinkle the cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper over the filling and fold gently to combine.
- Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 15–20 seconds on each side or microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel.
- Lay the warm tortilla flat, spoon a quarter of the filling into the center, and shape it into a log, leaving space at the edges.
- Fold in the short sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom upwards to secure the filling.
- Slice the burritos diagonally and serve immediately with fresh salsa or guacamole.
