- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Generously brush the rolled puff pastry with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon, and sprinkle evenly over the buttered pastry.
- Cut the pastry into 1-inch wide strips and roll each strip into spirals.
- Grease a muffin tin and place the rolled cruffins into each cup.
- Brush the tops of your cruffins with an egg wash or alternative.
- Place the muffin tin in your preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the cruffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
