  • 1/4 cup Butter Offers richness and moisture.
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Flakes Adds a sweet, savory note.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, can also use fresh.
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning A blend of herbs that complements the pizza theme.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes For a touch of heat.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Can use dried if fresh isn’t available.
For the Fillings
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Classic choice for pizza flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Can be swapped with nutritional yeast for vegan.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Essential for that gooey pull effect.
For Dipping
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Homemade or store-bought works wonderfully.

Equipment

  • Bundt pan
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine olive oil, butter, onion flakes, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Heat for 30-45 seconds until butter melts, then stir until combined.
  3. Cut refrigerated pizza dough and biscuits into quarters, then mix with the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Layer half of the coated dough in the greased Bundt pan, then add half of the pepperoni, Parmesan, drizzle of marinara, and top with mozzarella.
  5. Add the remaining dough pieces on top, followed by the remaining pepperoni, Parmesan, marinara, and mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Test with a knife for doneness.
  7. Cool for about 10 minutes, then invert the pan onto a platter and serve warm.
