Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather a large mixing bowl and place softened cream cheese inside. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour in buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined, about another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Fold in chopped cooked chicken, blue cheese crumbles, and sharp cheddar cheese, maintaining some chunks of chicken.
  4. Chop half of the scallions and add them to the mixture, mixing evenly.
  5. Spoon the mixture into your slow cooker and set on low heat for 2-3 hours.
  6. About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle remaining sharp cheddar cheese on top and cover to melt.
  7. Once bubbly, let it rest for 5 minutes, garnish with remaining scallions, and serve warm with veggie sticks and chips.
