  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
For the Jelly Layer
  • 1/2 cup Jam Use your favorite jam or chia jam.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are smoothly blended.
  2. Cover the bowl tightly with a lid or plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator and allow the oats to soak for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, take the bowl out of the fridge and spoon a third of the oat mixture into serving containers. Add 2 tablespoons of jam in the center, then top with the remaining oat mixture.
  4. Drizzle additional jam on top and add any desired toppings like fresh berries or chopped peanuts. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
