- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are smoothly blended.
- Cover the bowl tightly with a lid or plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator and allow the oats to soak for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight.
- When ready to serve, take the bowl out of the fridge and spoon a third of the oat mixture into serving containers. Add 2 tablespoons of jam in the center, then top with the remaining oat mixture.
- Drizzle additional jam on top and add any desired toppings like fresh berries or chopped peanuts. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
