  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika for smoky flavor

For the Pizza Assembly
  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust follow package instructions
  • 1 lb chicken breast shredded after baking
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for roasting chicken
  • 1 medium red onion sliced
  • 1 large ripe peach sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh herb garnish
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese freshly shredded

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine lower sugar ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and paprika to make the BBQ sauce.
  4. Finely slice the ripe peaches and dice the red onion.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken and mix with BBQ sauce.
  6. Spread leftover BBQ sauce over the pre-made crust, layer with mozzarella, shredded chicken, peach slices, and diced onion.
  7. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve warm.
