Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Remove outer leaves from the cabbage and slice into ¾-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the spice mixture onto both sides of each cabbage steak.
  5. Place the seasoned cabbage steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Roast the cabbage steaks for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Allow the cabbage steaks to cool for a few minutes before serving.
