- Remove outer leaves from the cabbage and slice into ¾-inch thick rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the spice mixture onto both sides of each cabbage steak.
- Place the seasoned cabbage steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast the cabbage steaks for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Allow the cabbage steaks to cool for a few minutes before serving.
