Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush Oreos by placing them in a zip closure bag and using a rolling pin or food processor until fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide the mixture into 1-inch portions and roll into balls, placing them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to help them firm up.
  5. Melt the white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted candy to fully coat, then return to the lined baking sheet.
  7. Let the coated Oreo Eyeballs set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then decorate with red gel and candy eyes.
