  • 1 stalk Celery diced
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth can be swapped with water
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos or Tamari/Soy Sauce a gluten-free alternative
  • 1-2 teaspoons Vegetable Sriracha for spice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the skillet by warming the olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Brown the chicken in the skillet for about 8 minutes until golden brown, then remove and let rest.
  3. Sauté broccoli in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until vibrant and slightly tender.
  4. Cook the onion and celery for 5-8 minutes, then add garlic in the last 30 seconds.
  5. Combine chicken and broccoli with the aromatics, add chicken broth, season to taste, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. In the last minute, whisk together the sauce ingredients, then pour over the chicken and broccoli.
