Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pot with the browned beef, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in your choice of pasta, beef broth, and heavy cream, ensuring that the pasta is fully submerged. Allow the mixture to come to a gentle simmer.
  4. Once simmering, reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the pot. Cook according to the pasta package instructions, usually around 10-12 minutes.
  5. When the pasta is done, remove the pot from heat and stir in salt, pepper, and any additional herbs to taste.
  6. Scoop the delicious pasta into bowls and serve immediately while hot. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or grated cheese if desired.
