Cooking Instructions
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon until no longer pink.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 4 cloves of minced garlic to the pot with the ground beef. Stir continuously for about 1-2 minutes, until the garlic becomes fragrant.
- Pour in 3 cups of beef broth and 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring well to combine all ingredients. Bring it to a gentle simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in 12 ounces of uncooked pasta of your choice, ensuring it is fully submerged in the broth and cream mixture. Bring everything to a bubbling boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is tender.
- After cooking, remove the pot from heat. Stir in additional seasonings to taste and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
