Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients
  • 25 cookies Golden Oreos Or Red Velvet or regular Oreos
  • 6 tbsp Melted Butter Essential to bind the crust
  • 1 drop Red Food Coloring Optional for a festive touch
Cheesecake Filling Ingredients
  • 32 oz Cream Cheese Softened, best flavor with full-fat
  • 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar Can substitute with granular sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Use pure vanilla for the best flavor
  • 16 cookies Fireworks Oreos Or regular Oreos + Pop Rocks
  • 8 oz Cool Whip Substitute with homemade whipped cream if desired
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup Additional Chopped Oreos For topping and added crunch
  • 1 cup Red, White, and Blue Sprinkles Or any themed sprinkles based on the occasion
  • 1 handful Extra Pop Rocks Add just before serving

Method
 

Crust Preparation
  1. Crush 25 Golden Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with 6 tablespoons of melted butter and optional red food coloring. Press into a lined 9x13-inch pan and freeze for 15-30 minutes.
Cheesecake Filling
  1. Beat 32 oz of softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in ¾ cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well blended.
Incorporate Oreos and Cool Whip
  1. Fold in 16 chopped Fireworks Oreos and then gently add 8 oz of Cool Whip until combined.
Assemble the Bars
  1. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle chopped Oreos and red, white, and blue sprinkles on top. Add extra Pop Rocks just before serving.
