Crust Preparation
- Crush 25 Golden Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with 6 tablespoons of melted butter and optional red food coloring. Press into a lined 9x13-inch pan and freeze for 15-30 minutes.
Cheesecake Filling
- Beat 32 oz of softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in ¾ cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well blended.
Incorporate Oreos and Cool Whip
- Fold in 16 chopped Fireworks Oreos and then gently add 8 oz of Cool Whip until combined.
Assemble the Bars
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Add Toppings
- Sprinkle chopped Oreos and red, white, and blue sprinkles on top. Add extra Pop Rocks just before serving.
