  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Stir in minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Take a tortilla, add the beef mixture, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
