Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, celery, and garlic. Mix well.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and Cayenne to the breadcrumb mixture. Stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour melted butter over the breadcrumb mixture and stir.
  6. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer.
  7. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp and press down gently.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until shrimp are opaque and topping is golden brown.
  9. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
