- Zest and juice one of the lemons, setting aside about 1 tablespoon of juice and 1/2 tablespoon of zest.
- Beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth, then gradually add the whipping cream until fluffy.
- Mix in the lemon zest, juice, and powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Lay half of the lady fingers in a dish and drizzle with Limoncello, allowing to absorb.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the lady fingers, followed by a layer of lemon curd.
- Repeat with remaining lady fingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 10 hours.
- Garnish with lemon slices and powdered sugar before serving.
