- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Evenly distribute cubed brioche bread across the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
- Place cubed cream cheese and half of the diced strawberries on top of the bread layer.
- Top with the remaining cubed brioche bread.
- Whisk together eggs, whole milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and kosher salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the custard over the layered bread, ensuring it soaks into all the bread.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
