Step-by-Step Instructions for Monster Eye Brownie Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan.
  2. Combine the fudge brownie mix, large eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a mixing bowl. Stir until just combined.
  3. Spoon the brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling them about two-thirds full. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Remove the muffin pan from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Press down the center of each brownie bite to create indentations.
  5. Let the brownie bites cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Beat the softened butter in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
  7. Add green gel food coloring to the frosting and mix to reach desired shade.
