Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, Parmesan, ketchup, mustard, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan lined with plastic wrap. Transfer the meat mixture into the pan and shape into a loaf.
- Carefully lift the meatloaf out of the pan using the plastic wrap and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 20 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- While the meatloaf cooks, mix the BBQ glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- After 20 minutes, remove the meatloaf and brush with BBQ glaze. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
