  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning salt Can use an all-purpose seasoning mix.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Fresh minced garlic can be used for stronger flavor.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Ketchup Use homemade or sugar-free varieties.
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar Can use coconut sugar as an alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Any variety works.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely minced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Spoon the meat mixture into the greased muffin tin cups, filling each one to the top.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix the ketchup with brown sugar and mustard until well combined.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
  6. Once baked, allow the Mini Meatloaf Muffins to cool for a few minutes before serving.
