- In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar together on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture with a rubber spatula until uniform.
- In a large serving bowl, spoon one-third of the cheesecake mixture onto the bottom, then add half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top.
- Repeat layering with another third of the cheesecake mixture followed by the remaining berries.
- Finish with the last third of the cheesecake mixture on top, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
