  • 1 cup Whipped Topping can use Greek yogurt
For the Fruit Layers
  • 2 cups Strawberries fresh, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh, rinsed
Optional Additions
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts or Granola for added crunch
  • a few Mint Leaves for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add sugar, mixing until well combined, approximately 1-2 minutes more.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping into the cheesecake mixture using a spatula.
  4. In a clear serving dish, layer fresh strawberries and blueberries, alternating with dollops of cheesecake mixture.
  5. Cover dish with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle chopped nuts or granola on top and garnish with mint leaves.
