Preparation Steps
- Mix the marinade by whisking together apple cider vinegar, beef broth, grapeseed oil, brown sugar, and chosen spices until smooth.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400°F.
- Sear the marinated chicken on the hot side of the grill for 4-6 minutes on each side.
- Finish cooking the chicken on the cooler side of the grill until internal temperatures reach 165°F for white meat and 175°F for dark meat.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
