Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Mix the marinade by whisking together apple cider vinegar, beef broth, grapeseed oil, brown sugar, and chosen spices until smooth.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400°F.
  4. Sear the marinated chicken on the hot side of the grill for 4-6 minutes on each side.
  5. Finish cooking the chicken on the cooler side of the grill until internal temperatures reach 165°F for white meat and 175°F for dark meat.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
