Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy.
