- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently. Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Melt orange candy melts until smooth.
- Cut cooled brownies into squares. Dip marshmallows in melted candy and place on top of each brownie.
- Melt remaining chocolate chips and pipe eyes, nose, and mouth on marshmallows for Jack O’ Lantern faces.
