- Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them lengthwise and scoop out the flesh.

- Add the chopped zucchini flesh to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

- Fill the zucchini halves with the mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden brown.
