Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C) and spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet, over medium heat, add your choice of sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic, spinach, bell peppers, and onion to the skillet and sauté for 6-7 minutes until tender.
