- Layer half of the ground beef, beef bacon, and shredded cheese over the baked tater tots.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the layered ingredients and repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients.
- Bake the loaded nachos at 375°F (190°C) for 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and optional jalapeños or sour cream before serving.
