Preparation Steps

  4. Beat the cream cheese with the egg yolks until creamy, around 2-3 minutes.
  5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk and cream cheese mixture.
  6. Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet in rounds about 3-4 inches wide.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow the cloud bread to cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes before serving.
