- Brew 8 ounces of strong coffee and let it cool for 30 minutes at room temperature. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes for extra chill.
- Warm 2 tablespoons of honey in a saucepan, stir in 1/4 teaspoon of lavender buds, infuse for 10 minutes, then strain into a jar.
- In a tall glass, combine the chilled coffee and lavender honey, stirring until well mixed.
- Add 1/2 cup of your chosen milk and stir until combined to achieve a light brown color.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the drink thoroughly.
- Garnish with culinary lavender or whipped cream if desired, and enjoy your refreshing drink.
