  • 2 tablespoons Lavender Honey Use regular honey with dried culinary lavender if not available.
  • 1/2 cup Milk of Your Choice Options include whole, almond, oat, or soy milk.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Culinary Lavender Buds Ensure buds are culinary grade.
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Heavy Cream or Whipped Cream Optional, for a richer finish.

Method
 

  1. Brew 8 ounces of strong coffee and let it cool for 30 minutes at room temperature. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes for extra chill.
  2. Warm 2 tablespoons of honey in a saucepan, stir in 1/4 teaspoon of lavender buds, infuse for 10 minutes, then strain into a jar.
  3. In a tall glass, combine the chilled coffee and lavender honey, stirring until well mixed.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of your chosen milk and stir until combined to achieve a light brown color.
  5. Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the drink thoroughly.
  6. Garnish with culinary lavender or whipped cream if desired, and enjoy your refreshing drink.
