Step-by-Step Instructions for Jambalaya Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a 16" pizza tray with cooking spray. Stretch the ready-made pizza dough to fit the tray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté slices of Andouille sausage for about 2 minutes until they start to brown, then add seasoned shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes until pink.
  3. Pour in a splash of red wine to deglaze, then add diced onion, green peppers, and celery, cooking for about 2 minutes until slightly softened.
